Kimberly A. Klimczuk joins the firm as a partner. Kimberly specializes in management-side labor law and employment litigation. She has experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and advising on contract interpretation and has successfully defended employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in a variety of areas of employment law.
